Order Processing
AirMasters DIRECT, a trade name of LTA Air Conditioning, processes orders from Monday to Friday, excluding Luxembourg public holidays. Orders are forwarded to our logistics partner within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to Luxembourg and mainland France (including Corsica and mountain resorts).
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery area. They will be displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping for all orders with a net value equal to or greater than €3,000 excluding VAT (excluding Corsica).
Carrier
Our shipments are handled by DHL/DSV/COLISSIMO/TNT/Other from our manufacturing partner. A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Transfer of Ownership and Risk
In accordance with our Terms of Service, ownership of and risk relating to the products are transferred to you upon delivery of the goods to the carrier. We recommend inspecting your order upon receipt and immediately reporting any visible damage to the carrier and our customer service team.
Estimated Delivery Times
- 🇱🇺 Luxembourg: 7 to 15 business days
- 🇫🇷 Mainland France: 7 to 15 business days
- 🇫🇷 Corsica and mountain resorts: 10 to 20 business days
