AirMasters Direct is the trade name used for the online store. No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed. Any request related to personal data can be sent to the email address above.

The store is exclusively for professionals. The GDPR remains applicable to data that can identify a natural person, particularly representatives, employees, managers, or contacts of a client or prospective company.

  • Identification and professional information: last name, first name, position, company, SIRET number or equivalent identifier, intra-community VAT number.
  • Contact details: email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses.
  • Account: technical identifiers, history, and information necessary for its operation.
  • Order: products, quantities, prices, exchanges, delivery, invoicing, and transaction history.
  • Payment: status and payment reference. Full card data is processed by payment providers and not directly stored by the company.
  • Communications: messages sent via the contact form or by email.
  • Technical data: IP address, device, browser, security logs, cookies, and similar technologies.

4. Purposes and Legal Bases

  • Professional account: pre-contractual measures and contract execution.
  • Orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and after-sales service: contract execution.

  • Contact requests: up to 12 months after the last exchange.
  • Abandoned carts: up to 30 days, unless converted into an order.
  • Technical and security logs: up to 12 months, unless an incident occurs.
  • Cookie choices: up to 6 months before a new choice may be requested.
  • Audience measurement data: according to the minimum duration configured in the tool and within the limit necessary for the statistical purpose.

Upon expiry of these periods, the data is deleted or anonymized, unless a legal obligation or the need to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
